徕卡DM2500 M金相显微镜适用于钢铁,金属,化工材料行业科研, 质检, 质控部门等研究，反射光可实现明场, 暗场,偏光,微分干涉,荧光观察功能，透射光可实现明场, 暗场,偏光,微分干涉观察功能，可接CCD相机配合图像分析软件进行材料分析。
一、Leica DM2500 M金相显微镜(德国徕卡全手动正置型)主要特点
1、可选配带角度调节的目镜筒，大大降低操作者的疲劳。
2、目镜视野直径22mm。
3、物镜直径32mm，使光通量提高了40%，拥有更高的分辨率和景深。
4、物镜转换手动控制。
5、可升级选配变倍器，有1.5X、1.6X、2X三种可选。
6、明场、暗场、偏光、干涉观察方式手动转换。
7、孔径光阑档位与物镜倍数对应，以不同颜色精确标记，更快速恢复工作状态, 视场光阑档位与目镜的视野数对应，另有暗场档位，相机靶面尺寸档位。
8、机身采用反向温度补偿技术，有效降低了因发热造成的焦平面漂移。
9、具有4位滤色镜架插槽，可以同时插入四种不同色的滤色镜在待插入位置，既随时推入拉出，有可防灰尘进入光路。
10、具有聚焦高度限位装置，防止样品碰到物镜。
11、可选配徕卡原装显微镜数码成像装置，实现全部的本厂配置，达到整体和谐。
